Under construction is site N124 which will be a 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home on West Lake Trail below the Sandy Mart. This home will have 2 master bedrooms - one overlooking the lake and one with ocean views. This home will be completed closer to season and new photos will be added as construction is completed and decor is added. This home will come with a complimentary golf cart.
Please note: Must be 25 years old to rent. No smoking or vaping in the house and no pets. The home does come with a complimentary 4-seater golf cart (must be 25 years old to operate). Cleaning and linens are included in the rental price.

Availability & Booking
From May 17, 2025 until August 30, 2025 the house has a minimum 7 night stay (unless not rented) and rents from Saturday until Saturday. All other dates have a 3 night minimum (unless other arrangements are made). Homes are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
