Site 5102, a new construction house completed in 2023, is a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on stilts in the 5000 section of Ocean Lakes that sleeps up to 6 guests. This house has ample parking and an incredible outdoor patio area for entertaining along with a gas grill. The house does come with a complimentary 4 seater golf cart 🛺. The house also has an outdoor shower for washing off those times in the sand and sea. Photos are available below.
Please note: Must be 25 years old to rent. No smoking or vaping in the house and no pets. The home does come with a complimentary 4-seater golf cart (must be 25 years old to operate). Cleaning and linens are included in the rental price.

Availability & Booking
From May 17, 2025 until August 30, 2025 the house has a minimum 7 night stay (unless not rented) and rents from Saturday until Saturday. All other dates have a 2 night minimum (unless other arrangements are made). Homes are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
