Site 5102 is a newly constructed 3-bedroom, 2-bath home on stilts in the 5000 section of Ocean Lakes, completed in 2023. This spacious house sleeps up to 6 guests and comes with complimentary linens for your convenience. Enjoy ample parking and an incredible outdoor patio area—perfect for entertaining—with a gas grill and plenty of space for gatherings. The outdoor entertainment space is a true highlight, designed for relaxation and fun. Additional amenities include a complimentary 4-seater golf cart, an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and complimentary WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay.
Please note: Must be 25 years old to rent. No smoking or vaping in the house and no pets. The home does come with a complimentary 4-seater golf cart (must be 25 years old to operate). Cleaning and linens are included in the rental price.

From May 16, 2026 until August 29, 2026 the house has a minimum 7 night stay (unless not rented) and rents from Saturday until Saturday. All other dates have a 2 night minimum (unless other arrangements are made). Homes are reserved on a first come, first served basis.
