About Us

Pack's Sunshine Properties may have a new name but the faces are very familiar.  Since 2019 Pack's Sunshine Cleaners has been a cleaning and linen service inside Ocean Lakes.  In 2023 a decision was made to add property management as a service and the result is what you see today.  

We are pleased to offer 3 on site Property Managers:

Kim Pack - Owner/PMIC

A North Carolina native, Kim has been in Ocean Lakes since 2019 as the owner of Pack's Sunshine Cleaners.  In 2023 Kim decided to add property management to her folder of services and became PMIC for Pack's Sunshine Properties. LLC.  Kim is excited to offer this new service to guests of Ocean Lakes.  

Steven Pack - Property Manager

Joining Kim is her younger brother Steven. Steven played college football at both Appalachian State and Mars Hill.  Steven is a longtime high school teacher and coach in North Carolina.  He is the former head football coach at North Lincoln High School (2017) and Newton Conover High School (2018-2023) and served as an assistant football coach for multiple schools. 

Ashley Pack - Property Manager

Wife of Steven, Ashley joins the team after many years as an administrator, teacher and coach in public education. Originally from Cleveland, Ohio she has made the south her home. Steven and Ashley are the parents of a Goldendoodle named Blitz.
